Beth Ann is just as funny, brilliant and wonderful in person as she is in her writing. Happy Birthday to your son! Your trip sounded amazing. What a wonderful tradition :) Thank you for sharing it with your adoring fans, like me.

Oh you have reminded me of taking my own young ones. I mean, I went to the Math Museum! And so much all you can eat pasta. Loved every minute. They both live here now, but that all you can eat pasta is still on repeat. 🩷

It's true mama love that would motivate you to go to the Math museum 😘 but yes, still down for the pasta!

Beth Ann, once upon a Blackbird festival, you came to our feeder. And before and after your books always illuminate my own stage of life, from new motherhood to now menopause. And bringing teens to Broadway. Grateful for what you are and do. ❤️

Loved your adventures with Nolan. GR and I had a wonderful week in NYC earlier in July and we took a "one for me, one for you" approach. Brandy Melville followed by MOMA, etc etc.

"one for me, one for you,"--now THAT is a great idea. But I'm all out of kids. I'll tell Major! But YOU should join us at the MS Book fest!

P.S. Say hi to Major and tell him that I just bought his book!

Sweet posts with you and your 13 yr old. The Big Apple is a great adventure scape! I enjoy your posts and your writing. Parts of family life appear to be a struggle ; I can relate. I look forward to staying in touch, Bill.

Hey BA!

Lawson here. Thoroughly enjoyed this. Borrowing some food suggestions in NYC, really loved the poem, going to check out the podcasts. Love the phrase inordinate fondnesses, reminds me of my Presbyterian roots. Good luck with class starting up!
